“In 2009 we decided to extend our 1930’s three bedroom bungalow to include a new dining area and incorporate a lounge which would get all day sun. It was a typical older stucco home with an open fire and no insulation.
We were very fortunate to have SWT Building complete this work. Scott went to great lengths to keep the internal character of our home with the new build. He was very particular with his workmanship and we were impressed at the research he did to obtain the right materials to replicate the original.
He had since completed the rest of the house with new double glazed doors and windows and re-gibed all rooms with batts in the walls and ceilings. This is now a much warmer and healthier home.
Scott knows his building trade and was very conscientious with his work and always was compliant with the building codes – no hassles with the building inspectors!
